Injury Rehabilitation in Newtown:

VectorFit is your go-to injury rehabilitation clinic in the heart of Newtown, NSW. Our bright and welcoming clinic is designed to help you recover and get back to doing what you love. Can’t make it to us? No problem! We also offer home visits and collaborate with other health services to ensure you get the best care possible.

Whether you’re new to rehabilitation or need complex treatment, we’re here for you. Our personalized, one-on-one sessions are tailored to meet your unique needs and help you recover efficiently.

This service is great if:

  • If you have a bone, tendon, ligament or muscle injury or weakness. We also love to work with injuries in the ankle, knee, hip, lower back, neck, shoulders, elbows and wrists.
  • You have a sub acute injury phase: You’re recovering from an injury or have recently been injured (2 weeks up to 6 months)
  • Chronic injury: You injured yourself 6 months – up to many years ago, and never fully recovered or participated in physical rehabilitation
  • Pre surgery rehabilitation: You have booked in for a surgery and you need to either participate in a pre-habilitation program strengthening the site, or would like to improve your overall cardio and strength without further injuring yourself.
  • Post surgery rehabilitation: You have recently had surgery and you are looking to get stronger and fitter.
  • Over use injury. You may favour your dominant side during your daily activities such as gardening or holding your kids, have a desk job resulting in a tight neck, have a manual job resulting in a sore back, tight hips from too much sitting.
  • Imbalances and unstable joints: You are seeking preventative exercise to strengthen imbalances in your body to avoid injury, and stabilise weak joints for healthy aging.
  • Osteoporosis or arthritis. If you are trying to prevent these conditions or have been diagnosed with these conditions, this is the right service for you.

We start with a comprehensive 60-minute assessment. This is our chance to understand your injury, discuss your goals, and develop a personalized rehabilitation plan.

Based on your needs, we’ll schedule 30 to 60-minute follow-up appointments in either 1-on-1 or small group environments. These sessions are designed to monitor your progress, adjust your program as needed, and answer any questions you might have.

We understand life is busy. That’s why we offer flexible appointment times to fit your schedule. Whether you need a few sessions or ongoing support, we’re here to help you every step of the way.
