Follow-up sessions, typically 30 to 60 minutes, are scheduled to monitor your progress, adjust your program, and provide ongoing support.

We offer flexible appointment times to accommodate your needs. Whether you need a few sessions or ongoing support, we’re here to assist you every step of the way.
