Chris Dyson, MBA, AEP, AES, is the Founder, General Manager and Lead Clinical Exercise Physiologist at VectorFit. But beyond the qualifications, Chris is a rare breed in the health and fitness industry. With a genuine passion for helping people unlock their potential through the power of exercise, and an open and inclusive approach to working with clients, you will notice the difference with Chris.

    Michael ‘Mike’ O’Brien – Clinical Exercise Physiologist

    With over two decades of experience in the corporate finance sector, Mike’s excited to have made the transition into the world of clinical exercise physiology having graduated with his Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology and Exercise Sports Science. His journey is not only professional but deeply personal; after grappling with lower back pain while starting his fitness journey over 15 years ago, he understands firsthand the challenges many people face when trying to get healthy.

    Mike’s expert knowledge spans a variety of disciplines, including bodybuilding, strength and conditioning, Olympic weightlifting, injury rehabilitation and prevention, as well as clinical strength and balance training. This diverse skill set allows him to tailor his approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

    Passionate about pain education and management, Mike is deeply committed to empowering his clients. He encourages clients to peek through the keyhole to discover what they might be capable of achieving. Mike’s mission is to help them push that door wide open, leading to healthier, pain-free, and active lives.

    With his unique blend of personal experience and professional expertise, he is dedicated to forging a new narrative in health and fitness—one where individuals reclaim their lives, redefine their possibilities, and realise that they are capable of so much more than they ever imagined.

      Imola Paolella – Exercise Scientist

      Imola is a dedicated Exercise Scientist currently working towards her Masters of Exercise Physiology. She has 2 years of personal training experience with a wide range of clients, and 3 years experience in a private practice working within a clinical setting. She’s also worked in a professional sporting environment, spending a season supporting the Strength and Conditioning Coach at Eastern Suburbs Rugby with their First and Second Grade teams.

      She is passionate about sport and exercise and is motivated to help clients not only improve their fitness but also lead healthier and more active lifestyles. Whether it’s working with experienced athletes or people brand new to movement, Imola is dedicated to using her knowledge and experience to guide and encourage clients to reach their full potential.
